Cudgewa accelerated away from Bullioh in the last quarter of Saturday's preliminary final to post a 10 goal victory and earn the right to take on Tumbarumba in this week's grand final.

Lat night's league Best & Fairest Count and Presentation was a triumph for the Roos who provided the equal winners of the senior football award in Jim Waters and Jake Read on 17 votes apiece while Brigid Rhynehart took out the A grade netball gong.
