Streetscape works resume

The final stage of the Corryong Streetscape Project has commenced. 
Last week, new lighting was installed along the Hanson Street median strip and footpath works have begun in areas currently protected by green covers. 
Concreting at the roundabouts at both ends of the street is underway with minor traffic delays expected while these works are carried out.
Council also received  advice from VicRoads on Monday that resealing works on Hanson Street would start today.
The works are expected to take two weeks and temporary road closures will apply with diversion routes in place.
Tree planting along the median strip and main street is also expected to commence within the next fortnight.
